Terms and Conditions of Service

Last updated: August 2026 • Governing Jurisdiction: Victoria, Australia

1. Introduction & Acceptance

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your engagement with Think Trail Core Pty Ltd (ACN/ABN registered in Australia; “Think Trail Core”, “we”, “us”, or “our”), including attendance at our technical workshops, masterclasses, and on-site engineering audits, as well as the use of our website located at https://thinktrailcore.click.

By registering for a workshop, requesting an engineering audit, or browsing this website, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and our related policies.

2. Educational & Advisory Scope

Think Trail Core delivers technical hardware instruction, bench diagnostics training, and facility engineering advisory services. You understand and agree that:

  • Our workshops and advisory reports provide educational instruction in thermodynamics, electrical calculation principles, and hardware maintenance.
  • Under Australian law (specifically AS/NZS 3000 and state electrical safety legislation), all fixed mains electrical wiring, switchboard modifications, and grid connections must be carried out by a licensed electrical contractor. Think Trail Core does not replace statutory electrical certification.
  • We do not provide financial, investment, or cryptocurrency trading advice. Our instructional focus is strictly confined to mechanical engineering, thermodynamics, and physical hardware operations.

3. Workshop Bookings, Invoicing & Attendance

Workshop seats are strictly allocated on a first-confirmed basis due to our bench cohort limit of 6 students (4 for micro-soldering masterclasses). Formal registration is confirmed upon issuance and settlement of an official tax invoice.

Attendees agree to adhere to all workshop safety rules, including the mandatory use of provided personal protective equipment (PPE) such as safety eye protection, nitrile immersion gloves, and ESD grounding wristbands while operating in the Cowwarr laboratory bays.

4. Intellectual Property

All course handbooks, calculation spreadsheets, schematic diagrams, acoustic blueprints, telemetry configuration files, and written materials provided during training remain the exclusive intellectual property of Think Trail Core Pty Ltd. Participants are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use these materials for their personal or internal business operations. Commercial redistribution or republishing is strictly prohibited without prior written consent.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by the Australian Consumer Law (Competition and Consumer Act 2010), Think Trail Core Pty Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from the application of knowledge acquired during training, hardware self-modification, or equipment downtime.

6. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws in force in the State of Victoria, Australia. Any legal dispute arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Victoria.
